  I can't imagine your staff name mellisa, she is the one of your check out supervisor. She is so rude and unfriendly. You should sack her or give her warning and send her to do training the way becoming good customer services. You will lost a lot of customers if she still there. Very disappointed.

  I drove here tonight from Chatswood and was looking something in particular. I have walked around 20 minutes in the store in kids clothing and home wares just trying to find a member of staff to ask for help but didn't spot one staff,yes not even one member of staff. Let alone if anyone will help.I just walked out. Shame on you Big W just close the doors if you don't have staff.

  Need better phone system. Don't know how to answer calls, you get reconnected multiple times. Go and look for products, but doubt they are doing it. Because you get reconnected and ask for the product again, and it's the same person you spoke to.
