  Nancy assisted us in a very knowledgeable and friendly manner. On our way to cash register my hubby and I discussed how wonderful she was . Lo & behold, the ladies on the cash register and the staff member packing the display at 11.53am, failed to impress us as they were more interested in their personal conversations and not paying attention to the customers waiting to be served, or when they were actually "serving " the customer. Shame they could not deliver such great service as Nancy did.

  I was racing to get to Pharmacy 4 Less at Top Ryde before they closed at 6pm the other night and I arrived just after they had put the shutters down. Thankfully, one of the staff members (Erin) was waiting to get back into the store and very kindly offered to help me out even though they were closed. I just want to say a massive thank you to Erin, Nancy and the team at P4L at Top Ryde, you guys went above and beyond, awesome customer service!

  When I got a baby formula for my son from the shelf, an unfriendly staff asked me:" did you come this morning?" I reply:" No! You'r so mean to me!" I felt uncomfortable when I shopping in this pharmacy and I wouldn't come again!
