    The service was appalling when reporting theft in the local Woolworths. The instructions given by each interaction countered the pervious set of instructions, being referred to phone lines as well as turned away at the desk despite being told to do both. Talking to members of the community who have been robbed in the same centre, the police have also attended those crimes with a similar disinterest and neglect of their actual responsibility to the community. Very disappointing.

    Within about 5 minutes a Ryde police car came and made sure traffic merged away from our vehicle, they waited for our car to restart and were extremely patient and understanding.

    I required a justice of the peace to verify a document for me. Even though it is not part of their usual duties the officer I spoke to was more than happy to help. Thank you!

    I broke down on Friday, it was peak hour and I'm pregnant. My husband tried to push the car to the service station which was about 20m's away.. of course, no one tried to help, just beeped at the inconvenience.
